We will monitor Windows updates and anti virus software making sure your network is secure and protected. We also ensure that workstations and servers are not reporting any problems, this gives you piece of mind knowing that there is a greatly reduced risk of downtime on your network.
Our support agreements cover a large range of technologies as well as user support and training and make provision for emergency callouts within a set monthly fee, the number of which can be altered and “topped-up” as you go. Your individual requirements will decide what level of cover we need to provide and indeed the cost of your maintenance agreement.
